William M. Johnson III, aged 44, tragically lost his life on June 19, 2016, in Norfolk, Virginia. The incident occurred early in the morning on Argonne Avenue, where Norfolk Police responded to a call around 3:50 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found Johnson lying on the ground with an apparent gunshot wound.
