Richard Benjamin Harris, a 30-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, passed away on June 16, 2011. His death was the result of a tragic incident that occurred in the 800 block of Church Street in Norfolk. Harris was shot and subsequently driven to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
