In the summer of 2011, a confrontation in Norfolk, Virginia, tragically ended the life of 30-year-old Richard Benjamin Harris. On June 16th of that year, Harris sustained a fatal gunshot wound to his chest and abdomen, cutting short the life of a young man remembered by his family and friends.
