In the early morning hours of September 21, 2019, the life of 42-year-old Isaac Lee Wells of Norfolk, Virginia, was tragically cut short. Wells, a male, was one of two victims in a fatal shooting that unfolded in the Oakleaf Forest public housing community. The incident also claimed the life of 33-year-old Michael Wilkins.
