Rishard Jamell Densmore, a 21-year-old man from Bessemer, Alabama, was fatally shot on June 17, 2023, in a violent incident that shocked the local community. The shooting occurred in the early evening hours in the area of 9th Avenue Southwest, near a residential neighborhood in Bessemer. Law enforcement officers responded to reports of gunshots and found Densmore suffering from gunshot wounds.
