In the late summer evening of August 30, 2015, the life of 35-year-old Deon Blowe was tragically cut short in Norfolk, Virginia. Gunshots shattered the peace in the 1200 block of Bunsen Court, and when police arrived shortly before 11:00 p.m., they discovered Blowe suffering from a fatal gunshot wound.
