In the late hours of February 12, 2024, the life of 42-year-old Edward Kevin Collins, a male resident of Norfolk, Virginia, was tragically cut short. Police responded to reports of a shooting at approximately 11 p.m. in the 500 block of East Olney Road. Upon their arrival, they discovered Collins suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. He was a resident of the 300 block of the same street. Emergency services transported him to a local hospital, but he ultimately succumbed to his injurie ...
