On an April evening in Norfolk, Virginia, the life of 27-year-old Robert T. Lucas III was tragically cut short. On April 11, 2018, police responded to reports of gunfire on Nicholson Street. Arriving at the scene, officers discovered Lucas suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate medical attention he received, his injuries proved fatal, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
