Charles Xavier Ridgeway, a 23-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on April 6, 2015. Ridgeway was shot near the BP gas station on East Brambleton Avenue in Norfolk. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:30 a.m. Ridgeway was found at the intersection of Chapel and Dungee streets and was immediately transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
