In the summer of 2014, a quiet street in Norfolk, Virginia, became the scene of a tragic event that left a community in shock and a young child without parents. On July 14th, police were called to a home on Portview Avenue after a concerned citizen reported a suspicious situation. Inside, they made a grim discovery: the bodies of 35-year-old Najib Dabo, a Black/African American male, and his partner, Jamie Pulley.
