Romeo R. Morris, a 35-year-old resident of Virginia Beach, tragically lost his life on November 5, 2022, in Norfolk, Virginia. The incident occurred in the 4600 block of Kincaid Avenue, a residential area in the Coleman Place neighborhood. According to reports, Norfolk Police responded to a call about a gunshot victim around 6:45 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Morris suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
