On a cool evening in Norfolk, Virginia, tragedy struck. On November 5, 2022, officers were called to the 4600 block of Kincaid Avenue around 6:45 p.m. following a report of a gunshot victim. Upon arrival, they discovered a man suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. The man, identified as 35-year-old Romeo R. Morris of Virginia Beach, was pronounced dead at the scene.
