Eugene L. Thomas, a 49-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on August 17, 2023, in a shooting incident on East Brambleton Avenue. The incident occurred in the 900 block of the avenue, where Thomas was found by responding police officers. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
