Larry B. Williams Jr., a 25-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, was tragically shot and killed on May 24, 2017. The incident occurred in the 500 block of Walker Avenue just after 8:30 p.m. When first responders arrived at the scene, they found Williams suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries overnight.
