In the early evening of December 15, 2015, the life of 28-year-old Rohan Young was tragically cut short in Norfolk, Virginia. Born in Morant Bay, St. Thomas, Jamaica, on August 30, 1987, Young was a resident of the Hampton Roads area. That Tuesday, shortly after 4:30 p.m., Norfolk dispatchers received calls reporting the sound of several gunshots in the vicinity of Grimes Avenue and North Lakeland Drive.
