On March 20, 2023, 37-year-old Richard Del Cid was fatally shot in the parking lot of the Hoadly Marketplace shopping center in Manassas, Virginia. The incident occurred around 1:18 a.m., when officers from the Prince William County Police Department responded to reports of a shooting.
