Javiel Rosado Santiago, a 21-year-old resident of Manassas, Virginia, tragically lost his life on March 18, 2016. Santiago was involved in a drug transaction in the 7900 block of Blue Gray Circle when he was approached by three suspects. During the encounter, one of the suspects, a juvenile, attempted to rob Santiago. In the ensuing chaos, another suspect fired a shot that struck the juvenile in the hand.
