In the early morning hours of July 10, 2019, a tragedy unfolded in Manassas, Virginia, that cut short the life of 17-year-old Malikyh Person, known to some as 'Lil Black.' Responding to a call at 5:28 a.m. in the 8600 block of Diane Court, police discovered the young male suffering from a gunshot wound. He was quickly transported to a local hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he was pronounced dead.
