Jahmar Latravern Graves, a 34-year-old man from Baltimore, tragically lost his life on the night of April 2, 2021, following a violent altercation in Manassas, Virginia. The fatal incident unfolded in the parking lot of the Manassas Mall, where an argument escalated into a double shooting. When Prince William County Police arrived at the scene at approximately 11:16 p.m., they discovered two men suffering from gunshot wounds.
