On the evening of November 23, 2024, at approximately 9:09 p.m., Prince William County police officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 8000 block of Stream Walk Lane in Manassas, Virginia. Upon arrival, they discovered 45-year-old Horace Roy Johnson, who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds, lying in a parking lot.
