On the evening of November 23, 2024, a dispute in a Manassas, Virginia parking lot tragically escalated, ending the life of 45-year-old Horace Roy Johnson. A Black male, Johnson was found by Prince William County police officers in the 8000 block of Stream Walk Lane at approximately 9:09 p.m., suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate response of emergency services, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
