On September 10, 2023, Kenneth A. Perry, a 58-year-old man from Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident. The event occurred in the 1700 block of Jubilee Street in Norfolk.
When police officers arrived at the scene, they found Perry suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to a local hospital for treatment. Despite medical efforts, Perry succumbed to his injuries and was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
