On a June morning in Norfolk, Virginia, tragedy struck the Grandy Village neighborhood. On June 18, 2024, 32-year-old Bobby Lee Hill, a man who used a wheelchair, was fatally shot in the 3100 block of Kimball Terrace. The incident occurred around 10:15 a.m. when officers were dispatched to the scene following reports of a gunshot victim. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Hill suffering from a gunshot wound, and he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
