On June 18, 2024, at approximately 10:15 a.m., Norfolk police responded to a report of a shooting in the 3100 block of Kimball Terrace in the Grandy Village neighborhood. Upon arrival, officers discovered 32-year-old Bobby Hill of Chesapeake suffering from a gunshot wound; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
