Rayvon Anthony Messer Jr., a 4-year-old boy from Norfolk, Virginia, tragically died on April 19, 2017. The incident occurred in the Ocean View neighborhood, where Rayvon Jr. was found outside a home suffering from a gunshot wound to his stomach. Despite being rushed to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
