Jacquil TyQuon Harris, a 15-year-old from Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on February 23, 2015. The incident occurred shortly before midnight inside a home on Wilson Road. Harris, who lived on Chapel Street in Tidewater Gardens, was shot to death. The Norfolk Police Fugitive Squad, with the assistance of the U.S. Marshal’s Task Force, swiftly arrested 18-year-old Michael Johnson of Norfolk the following day.
