Tione T. Harris, a 40-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on February 21, 2020. Harris was found dead in the 3100 block of Dunkirk Avenue around 11:15 p.m. on that fateful night. According to reports, he had suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
