Zuton T. Carpenter, a 34-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, was tragically killed on April 20, 2017. Carpenter, known affectionately as "Zee" by friends and family, was fatally shot in the Calvert Square public housing complex, located between Tidewater Drive and Church Street.
