Michael C. Perry, a 35-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically passed away on October 10, 2020. The incident occurred around 6 p.m. when Norfolk Police responded to a report of a crash in the 3100 block of Chesapeake Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers discovered Perry inside a vehicle, suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite being rushed to the hospital, Perry succumbed to his injuries.
