On a cold February morning in 2011, the stillness of a Norfolk, Virginia neighborhood was broken by a grim discovery. A 27-year-old man, Antonio Raymond Knight, was found deceased in his white 2007 Nissan Altima. The vehicle was parked in the 2400 block of Myrtle Avenue, and a window had been broken out, hinting at the violence that had unfolded.
