On November 2, 2024, at approximately 11:35 p.m., Norfolk police responded to a report of a gunshot victim in the 5800 block of Curlew Drive. Upon arrival, officers discovered 25-year-old Rayvone D. Foster suffering from life-threatening injuries. Foster was transported to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
