On a cold December evening in Norfolk, Virginia, a 56-year-old man named Kenneth Lee Parker, known affectionately as 'KP,' was found lying in the street in the 4700 block of Denver Avenue. It was around 10:15 p.m. on December 26, 2021, when police responded to a report of a man down. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Parker suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
