Jaivon R. Brittingham, a 22-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on June 23, 2021, due to a shooting incident. The incident occurred around 10:45 p.m. in the 1500 block of Berkley Avenue Ext. in Norfolk.
