Patrick Cochrane, a 25-year-old from Norfolk, Virginia, was tragically shot to death on March 1, 2018. The incident occurred near the intersection of East Little Creek Road and Orchid Avenue. Cochrane was found with a gunshot wound to his shoulder and was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
