Quinton D. Wells, a 28-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on January 28, 2017. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Norfolk Police received a call just after midnight reporting a shooting in the 800 block of East Charlotte Street, located in the Tidewater Gardens area. Upon arrival, officers discovered Wells inside a residence with an apparent gunshot wound. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
