In the late hours of January 15, 2025, the life of Miyett Antwione Little Jr., a 23-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short in Norfolk, Virginia. Around 11 p.m. on Greenleaf Drive, Little happened upon a heated argument between a man and a woman. Acting as a Good Samaritan, the unarmed Little approached the couple in an attempt to defuse the escalating situation. His intervention, however, was met with unexpected and deadly violence.
