Khamphosey "Kim" Louanlavong, a 33-year-old woman of Laotian ethnicity, tragically lost her life on July 25, 2004, in Fort Worth, Texas. She was found deceased inside her apartment, which was located in the rear of her family's residential property. The investigation determined that she had been shot, and her death was ruled a homicide.
