Isaiah J. Ward, a 37-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on November 5, 2020. The incident occurred in the Barraud Park section of Norfolk, where police responded to a gunshot disturbance around 5:30 p.m. on Thistle Street. Upon arrival, officers found Ward suffering from a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
