In the afternoon hours of January 5, 2025, a burst of gunfire shattered the quiet of a Norfolk, Virginia neighborhood, leaving a young man's life hanging in the balance. First responders were dispatched to the 900 block of Goochland Street around 3:10 p.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered 20-year-old Isaiah Tyrell Dukes suffering from a critical, life-threatening gunshot wound.
