Vincent Moore, a four-month-old infant, was last seen on July 11, 2015, in Wichita, Kansas. He had been in the care of his father, Gary McKensey Moore Jr., who was spotted carrying Vincent and a blue floral-print diaper bag as they left a home near 31st Street South and Hydraulic.
