Manouchehr "Mike" Nafar, a 25-year-old originally from Iran, was last seen on February 25, 1983, in Wichita, Kansas. That morning, after spending the night at his girlfriend's apartment, he left to return to his own residence in southeast Wichita to change clothes and attend to daily tasks, including searching for a job. However, he never made it back to his home or to any of his scheduled activities, which included attending Wichita State University and a planned soccer game.
