Kyle Alan Neugebauer, a 26-year-old resident of Wichita, Kansas, was reported missing on December 17, 2024. According to the Kansas Bureau of Investigation, he was last seen near the intersection of 143rd Street and Highway 254 in Sedgwick County. At the time of his disappearance, Kyle was wearing a black Carhartt jacket, jogging pants, and tennis shoes.
