Rodney Epps, aged 54, tragically lost his life on July 1, 2019, in Norfolk, Virginia. Epps was found suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound at a Happy Shopper convenience store on Campostella Road. Despite the efforts of medics, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
