Warren P. "Phil" Fisher Jr., a 58-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, passed away on October 5, 2013. Born and raised in Norfolk, Phil graduated from Norview High School and Old Dominion University. He spent several years living in Charleston, South Carolina, before returning to his hometown. Phil is survived by his parents, Warren and Jeanne Fisher; his three children, Erica, Philip, and Jillian Fisher; and his brother, Brack Fisher, along with Brack's wife, Cyndi.
