In the early morning hours of October 29, 2025, the life of 26-year-old Malcolm W. Moore, a Black male, was tragically cut short. Police were called to the 1400 block of East Tanners Creek Road in Norfolk, Virginia, around 1:00 a.m. following reports of a gunshot disturbance. Upon arrival, officers discovered Moore suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, but tragically succumbed to his injuries.
