On a cold evening in Norfolk, Virginia, on January 25, 2013, the life of 21-year-old Brandon Deshawn Brown was tragically cut short. Brown was found suffering from gunshot wounds in the 800 block of Lincoln Street in the Young Terrace neighborhood. He was rushed to a local hospital, but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries.
