In the early hours of March 19, 2022, a vibrant night on Granby Street in Norfolk, Virginia, turned into a scene of tragedy. Devon 'Malik' Harris, a 25-year-old man from Portsmouth, was fatally shot in a violent altercation that erupted outside Chicho's Pizza shortly before 2:00 a.m. Harris, a semi-pro football player known for his gentle nature, was an innocent bystander caught in the crossfire.
