Michael Wilkins, a 33-year-old father of six from Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on September 21, 2019. Wilkins was found dead in the yard of a residence on Greenleaf Drive in Norfolk’s Oakleaf Forest public housing community. He was one of two victims in a shooting that also claimed the life of 42-year-old Isaac Epps.
