Damani Jabari Wiggins, a 19-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 18, 2011. He was found shot to death in the 500 block of Ruffner Street. Damani was born on June 15, 1992, and lived in the 800 block of Charlotte Street. His untimely death left a deep void in the lives of his family and friends, who remembered him fondly.
