Amy Jo Russell, a 42-year-old resident of Hampton, Virginia, tragically lost her life on February 7, 2023. The incident occurred in the 2100 block of Aluminum Drive in Hampton, where police responded to reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found Russell suffering from a gunshot wound. She was immediately transported to a local hospital, but despite medical efforts, she was pronounced dead.
