Heaven-Lee Reed, a 31-year-old woman from Hampton, Virginia, tragically lost her life on September 29, 2024. The incident occurred at her residence in the 1st block of Bentley Drive, Hampton. On that fateful Sunday evening, around 10:15 p.m., local authorities received a call reporting an unconscious person at the address.
