Shakiya Nicole Johnson, a 20-year-old woman from Norfolk, Virginia, tragically passed away on January 11, 2021. Shakiya, affectionately known as "Bitsy," was a beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend. She was known for her energetic, kind, and respectful nature, as well as her fierce loyalty to her friends and family.
