Rosendo Alba Mena, a 26-year-old man, was last seen on August 11, 1996, in Fontana, California. Very little is known about the circumstances surrounding his disappearance. He vanished without leaving many clues, and no significant developments have emerged in the years since. At the time of his disappearance, Mena was described as a Hispanic male with brown hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing about 140 pounds.
