Deandre Raynor, a 34-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on April 22, 2016. Raynor was shot in the Olde Huntersville section of Norfolk. The incident occurred around 7 p.m. near the intersection of Fremont Street and O'Keefe Street. When police arrived at the scene, they found Raynor lying on the ground with a gunshot wound. Despite life-saving measures and being transported to the hospital, Raynor succumbed to his injuries.
